Team Strong Silvers, if you’re not aware, is a group of elder folks in Singapore who don’t let their age stop them from getting really fit. Formed in 2013, the founders of the fitness group get together to promote calisthenics, in which they exercise using their own bodyweight, focusing on motor movements to combat aging. The oldest member of the interest group is a septuagenarian.
Perhaps more importantly, these senior cats are shredded as hell. Take this clip shared last Friday for example, where a senior man demonstrates effortless ability to perform muscle ups (four of ‘em!) before executing a sweet front lever. His fellow swole senior citizens look on in support, and you, presumably much younger than this trio, are ashamed that you’ve complained about the back pain from sitting down too long.
More clips of Team Strong Silvers kicking Father Time’s ass? Sure.
