Just kidding, it’s just another dashcam video that captured what looked like a blurry apparition on Saturday night along Upper Bukit Timah Road, just before Rail Mall.
Circulating around social media since yesterday, the clip showed a “ghost” standing on the high cement divider in between a two-way road. The unnatural (and slightly freaky) sight probably made the driver do a double take and eventually decide to share the strange occurrence with the public.

Of course, in all seriousness, it was probably an actual lady. Who climbed onto the cement divider to get across the road. In the middle of the night. For some reason.
Anyway, that didn’t stop netizens from having a little fun with it.
