The world’s longest-running musical, Les Misérables, has been a hit ever since it opened at the Esplanade as part of its Asian tour, despite the controversially undeserved censorship by the Media Development Authority (thanks, Alvin Ng).
Spirits remain high among the sensational cast of the blockbuster production — and to keep the hype going till their final show on Jul 24, they’ve gone through great lengths to wrestle with the local colloquialism in their refined accents.
