The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN or Singapore Navy) is celebrating 50 years ‘in the business’ by once again throwing open the doors of one of their largest battleships.
Citizens will get to go on board the Landing Ship Tank RSS Endurance, and travel on their Fast Craft Utility (FCU), which goes up to a speed of 20 knots.
The ship will dock at VivoCity from Feb. 12 — 15 and will be open to registered visitors during certain time slots.
Want a chance to get on the RSS Endurance? The bad news is, you’ve got to ballot for tickets. Get on their Facebook event page and fill in your particulars — name, NRIC, contact details, preferred date and time — then wait for results after Feb. 1. Good news: you get to bring up to three other people with you.
