According to Shin Min Daily News, the driver of the silver car was suspected to be driving under the influence of alcohol, and has since been arrested. The lorry driver and the passengers on board were conveyed to the hospital.
The early morning crash on Tuesday left five whole lanes of the SLE blocked, leaving motorists in a super-long traffic jam in the morning rush hour with only one useable lane.
