Sheikh Haikel and Sezairi Sezali sure have been busy — Haikel’s been promoting his latest single “Better than Yesterday”, a heartening number he collaborated with Filipino pop princess Yeng Constantino on, and the Singapore Idol winner’s Room to Breathe cover series is really taking off — but that doesn’t mean they can’t make time for a little fun.
At the Singapore Armed Forces Music and Drama Company’s (MDC) 40th anniversary gala last week, the boys shot a video of the MDC singers during their vocal warm-up session.
Sounds pretty harmless, except they’d made the artists sing “buah pelair kat tekak”, which in colloquial Malay slang means “balls in my throat”… for at least a whole minute.
