When two cars try to beat the traffic light at an intersection, nothing good can come out of it obviously.
With traffic already slowing down because of the the slick roads, motorists along the Ophir Road and North Bridge Road junction had to face a traffic jam after two vehicles crashed into each other after a yellow Hyndai Veloster driver accelerated before the lights turned green, while a Mercedes cab driver tried to beat the amber light.
Their fates destined to collide, they crashed into each other— but not too harshly, considering both drivers managed to step on the brakes. See how it unfolded in the Roads.sg video below:
