A man of many talents? Seems like it.
Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong took to the stage on Aug. 17 to give his speeches for the National Day Rally and at one point, while encouraging citizens to go after their goals, he broke into song.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old — you can dream and there are many opportunities to fulfill those dreams,” he said during his Chinese speech, in which he also made references to popular xinyao tune “Xi Shui Chang Liu” (细水长流) or “Small Stream that Flows Forever” by Liang Wern Fook.
PM Lee finished off by singing its opening line, “Who does not dream, when they are young” to appreciative applause.
