Looking both voluptuous and mighty at the same time, Leong told The Straits Times that she had been challenged to do it by viewers who’ve watched American personal trainer Marisa Inda perform a similar pull-up dance flow on YouTube.
Perhaps after you’re done crying in the corner about your post-Chinese New Year weight gain, you’d take up Leong’s advice and work it out.
