In a massive bonfire that harks back to Kendrick Lamar’s fiery performance at this week’s Grammy Awards, a group of folks burning joss paper were caught taking their blaze to the next level.
It would have been a pretty awesome spectacle too, except for the fact that their little fire tornado was in the middle of a frickin’ HDB estate.

It’s unclear when and where this mini firestorm took place, but it sure as hell looks awesomely dangerous. Their little fire tornado threatened to go out of control as smouldering joss papers and ashes continued circling higher in the air, and could have very well found its way into HDB units nearby.
Stirred up by the awesome spectacle of an actual fire tornado (who wouldn’t) they continued their tribute to the Year of the Fire Monkey by piling on even more joss papers onto the bonfire. As you do.
