Two Filipino women have been caught on camera flying at each other’s throats at SCAPE on Orchard Road.
Part of a larger group that tried to prise them apart at the lifestyle hub on Sunday, the two were filmed brawling and exchanging vulgarities in Tagalog.
A male onlooker eventually succeeded, before a member of security, presumably SCAPE’s, arrived at the scene.
The video has racked up tens of thousands of views since it was first posted by citizen journalism sites Temasek Review and The Real Singapore.
Comments on both pages are rife with anti-Filipino sentiment, an increasingly common reaction for citizens in the thick of what it deems to be an unreasonable foreign talent policy.
