A dead body was found in Whampoa River this morning.

A video (watch below) of the discovery was uploaded by The Straits Times, who reports that at about 7:33am, the police received a call about a body discovered at the canal between McNair and St George’s roads.
The newspaper adds that the woman was found decapitated and wearing only a pair of black pants.
