Video: Bubble artist warned by police to stop blowing bubbles in MRT station

Just for blowing bubbles in an underground MRT station, a bubble artist recently got detained by staff and eight police officers — a maddening experience that he captured on video and posted on Facebook by All Singapore Stuff

“These bubbles bring joy to people that are otherwise having a hard day,” the caucasian man explains to the cops surrounding him.

“I’ve lived here for 14 years, I know the drill. I know the fact that being different is feared. It is. It’s fear. People fear something different”

Dude is just really, really insistent that there’s nothing wrong with blowing bubbles at the station. The police however were thrown off by his conviction and adult discussion about blowing little soap bubbles and eventually let him off.
