We promise this footage of Singapore’s beloved Bishan-Ang Mo Kio otter family isn’t another heart-rending one. In fact, Fast Snail’s new video depicts them in a more adorable state of mind as they take a sand bath in Potong Pasir.
Potong Pasir residents were thrilled this evening to see Bishan-AMK otter family performing a “sand bath”.

Why so far away from their usual digs in Bishan though? It seems that the little incident with the asshat angler did leave a sour taste in their cute little chompers.
“Because of the fishing incident, it appeared that the otters are afraid to go back Toa Payoh/Bishan area,” says Fast Snail. “They are now further downstream along Kallang river.”
In case you missed it, the fisherman who allegedly caused harm to an otter pup at Kallang River has since surrendered himself to the authorities.
