VICE Magazine is setting up office in Singapore.
The international publication focusing on culture and current affairs recently announced the mobile-friendly VICE News page on their site, which along with the YouTube channel, will deepen the company’s focus on short-form print and video reports related to global events.
In a recent announcement video hosted by founder Shane Smith, it was revealed that to compliment this, VICE will be setting up bureaus around the world, including in Istanbul, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Moscow, Nairobi, Sau Paulo and Singapore.
The entire ‘campaign’ is said to take place this year.
