It’s happening again. On August 29, a user of The Straits Times platform Stomp, uploaded a video of the tiles in her Sengkang HDB flat popping out of the floor.
According to the user Sally, while she was shocked that it was happening to her, several units near her had already experienced this problem, so when she heard noises coming from underneath, she saw the sense in grabbing a camera.
The incident took place on August 12.
The Housing & Development Board has not issued a comment.
