Fancy living in a three-storey penthouse (that comes with a private pool) in the tallest building in Singapore? Just cough up that $100 million you have lying around.

The ‘bungalow in the sky’ with the sky-high asking price is none other than the Wallich Residence’s penthouse at Tanjong Pagar Centre, and it’s likely Singapore’s most expensive apartment. Set to be formally unveiled later this year, the penthouse will be located on the 64th floor of the building as the pinnacle to a collection of 181 luxury residences. Treat yo’ self with this gallery of the luxury abodes.

Amenities include an exclusive concierge service, a private library and observation platforms with stunning views of the Central Business District. If that’s not enough for you, it’s directly connected to Tanjong Pagar MRT station — but honestly, if you can afford an apartment there, you probably wouldn’t even bother rubbing shoulders with the rest of us on public transport.

According to property consultancy group JLL in a Reuters report, the prices for luxury homes in Singapore have actually fallen about 20 percent from 2013, which was their peak. Already, property purchases by foreigners (we’re talking homes costing up to $12 million) have been picking up since the start of the year.
