For the first time ever, tennis icon Roger Federer will be gracing Singapore courts, playing in the International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) in December at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The IPTL brings together a roster of current tennis champs, legends and emerging talents to fulfil the increasing demand for top-level tennis in Asia. Federer himself will be representing the UAE Royals as he goes head to head with the Indian Aces and the Singapore Slammers.
The Singapore round from Dec 18 to 20 will be the last stop of the IPTL, with the final itself taking place here.

At 34 years of age, Federer is currently ranked as the world’s second best player according to the Association of Tennis Professionals. The world’s current number one spot is filled up by 28-year-old Serbian pro Novak Djokovic, who’s playing for the Singapore Slammers this December. It’ll be a super-tight match between the established icon and the young maestro this December for sure — more details and ticketing info available on the Singapore Sports Hub website.
