The Housing Development Board (HDB) has announced that there will be a temporary closure of the Pasir Ris Drive 1 section between Pasir Ris Drive 8 and Pasir Ris Street 2 on Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 1 — 5am.
This is to facilitate the launching of a concrete beam for the pedestrian overhead bridge near Block 570 Pasir Ris Drive 1.
Motorists who plan to head to or from Pasir Ris Drive 8 or Pasir Ris Street 52 using that stretch are advised to use alternative routes along Pasir Ris Central.
HDB also reminds motorists to drive carefully and watch out for road direction signs and temporary barriers set up to guide them.
