Three teenagers aged between 18 and 19 have been charged with breaking into Yusof Ishak Secondary School, according to a Channel NewsAsia report.
The trio had forced open the metal roller shutter of the school canteen in the wee hours of the morning of March 11, and allegedly stole $600 in cash, plus five bottles of Yakult drinks.
Each of the accused faces up to two to 14 years jail if convicted.
