Teen responsible for uninspired Toa Payoh graffiti sent to reformative training

An 18-year-old teen who let his imagination go wild on the rooftop of a Toa Payoh HDB block and was originally handed down a 30-month probation sentence will now be serving a minimum of 18 months at the Reformative Training Center instead.

We hope there are art classes there.

Why the change? It seems that Boaz Koh Wen Jie, 18, not only led the uninspired project, he also committed the crime while serving an 18-month probation for theft.

In May last year, Boaz and his mates scrawled curse words addressed to the police. As you can barely see on the photo above, they also put a cross sign on the acronym and logo of the ruling People’s Action Party, reports Channel NewsAsia.
