Ex-presidential elect Tan Kin Lian is in yet another social media scandal.
Screenshots of his photo of Indian passengers on a bus yesterday have been circulating, although the original post on Facebook has been deleted.
Google search (“Tan Kin Lian Mumbai Facebook”) and Twitter share features however, prove the post did exist, even if only for a hew hours.
This isn’t the first time Mr. Tan is facing ire for his Facebook posts. In July last year, he told followers he’d placed his phone in the fridge to test his thermometer app (funny, not funny). The year before that, he was criticised for poking fun at the rumoured death of a “well-known Singapore personality”.
