WHAT: Survey says Singaporeans don’t travel enough, don’t want Wi-Fi & don’t share on their phone

Forget whatever you see on Facebook. Singaporeans aren’t travelling enough, according to Expedia’s latest survey.

Apparently, Singapore travellers go on holiday an average of three times a year, lower than the global average of 3.8.

Local business travellers are also travelling the least in Asia, with 2.1 business trips a year compared to the same global average of 3.8.

This is even more bewildering: the Singaporean traveller doesn’t like being constantly connected to the internet. Only four percent of the vacationers and 10 percent of the business people are interested in onboard Wi-Fi.

Erm, sure or not?

The survey also reveals 21 percent of Singaporean travellers don’t use their smartphones for their pre-travel planning or to share their experiences during and after their trips.

What?!
