It’s not just the trains, one MRT station is also being decked out in Star Wars design.
A few hours ago, Channel NewsAsia published photos of how some SMRT trains will look like next week, ahead of the theatrical release of Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens in Singapore on Dec 17.
Here’s more: Coconuts Singapore has learned that apart from two trains (one green line, one red line), Raffles Place MRT station’s concourse level will also be dolled up — from the parapet to the pillars and walls.
The marketing gimmick is, of course, in partnership with Disney and LucasFilm.
