Singtel is not making today better for customers with prolonged mobile data service outage

Singtel’s new slogan may be “let’s make everything better”, but that certainly is not happening today.

Since early afternoon, Singtel customers have been facing difficulty in accessing 3G and 4G mobile data services. The telecommunications operator has gone to Facebook and Twitter to update their customers about the reception blackout, apologising for the inconvenience.

Affected customers have, of course, replied in kind on social media. 
 


 


 


As services slowly resumed, Singtel has advised customers to restart their devices over and over again until they can access the network. Smart way to pass the time too.
