Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands is the most Instagrammed hotel in the world

Instagram is the best way to forge FOMO among friends, and the most FOMO-ed hotel of this year is apparently our very own Marina Bay Sands.

Instagram’s 2017 Year In Review revealed that the gorgeous city skyline taken from the hotel’s infinity rooftop pool has topped the list for the world’s most Instagrammed hotel, edging out the likes of Las Vegas’ The Bellagio and MGM Grand, as well as Dubai’s Atlantis The Palm, and the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel.

Though Singapore may have earned its place at the top (it’s the only Asian city appearing on the list), it seems like people just really love taking pictures at Las Vegas hotels for the ‘gram. Seven of the world’s most Instagrammed hotels are located in the American resort city, including the likes of Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan, The Venetian and more.
