The East side is getting a new hangout spot.

A new F&B container park – and the largest one in Singapore – will open in the third quarter of the year at 30 Cosford Road, near Changi Airport.

Developer Tee Tree Investments said in a press release that the space will be called Cosford Container Park and will cover over 38,000 sq ft.

It will also cost over S$3 million to develop.

The park will have 13 container units that will home F&B vendors and the space will also be utilized as a lifestyle, arts and entertainment hub for visitors.

This means people can expect all-day dining in indoor and outdoor spaces, a stage for live music and a space for parties and events.

The site will take over 555 Villa Thai, a restaurant which closed last year.

It also overlooks the runways at Changi Airport and is next to a historic site used to hold heavy artillery equipment during World War II.

When opened, the park will be open daily and till late over the weekends.

The Cosford Container Park is not the first F&B-concept container park in Singapore. Tee Tree Investments are also the developers behind the park at 10 Tebing Lane at Punggol.
