Singapore-based jewellery group Aspial Corporation has purchased a piece of commercial property in the Central Business District of Melbourne, Australia for AUD41.5 million (SGD46.5 million).
The 12-storey building is located at 383 King Street, right opposite Flagstaff Gardens and within the vicinity of the Queen Victoria Market, as well as the city’s shopping streets.
It’s also only approximately 300 metres away from the Flagstaff Railway Station.
