A couple of months ago, the internet was tickled by the antics of Chinese Weibo user 辣目洋子 (Yang Zi), as she attempted to learn the art of beatboxing by watching the instructional videos of Poland-based Singaporean beatboxer Dharni. As you’d expect, the results made for some comedy gold.
After many requests for the two to meet, they finally did — and of course Dharni tried to teach her how to beatbox, this time face-to-face. But the struggle was real, and even a personal tutoring session from the world-class beatboxing champ couldn’t help Yang Zi to get it right. Well, at least it made for another hilarious clip, so there’s that.
