UPDATE: Port Dickson police confirms four Singaporean casualties the accident; dashcam footage surfaces

A horrible multi-vehicle traffic accident in the Malaysian district of Port Dickson claimed the lives of occupants in a Singapore-registered car earlier this afternoon.

According to internet chatter, the accident that was believed to have involved a motorbike, three cars, and a dump truck transpired at about 3:30pm in Lukut, a small town in Port Dickson. One of the cars in the carnage — the one that seemed to be the most damaged — was Singapore-registered, sporting the license plate SJS8842R.

Ensuing graphic footage and photos of the accident site showed that the occupants of the Singapore-registered car did not survive the collision, with bodies trapped underneath the twisted metal wreckage.

It is unclear as of writing how many casualties were officially involved in the accident, but a comment by one netizen claimed that four people were killed in the crash. A callout is currently sounding out across social media for the relatives and friends of those killed.
