Singaporean employees most unhappy with their jobs

Singaporean employees are the unhappiest lot in the Asia-Pacific.

According to the 2013/14 Randstad World of Work report, 23 percent of Singaporeans feel unmotivated at work and don’t think their skills are utilised effectively.

64 percent plan to quit their jobs in the next 12 months.

The top three reasons why Singaporeans are not satisfied with their jobs as per the report are misalignment with the company culture, having a difficult boss and being asked to do more than their job scope requires.

Are you one of those looking to jump ship this year? 2014 is looking good for job hunters in Singapore.
