Gamers — time to get excited.
Award-winning game Battlefield launches its fourth installation in Singapore on Tuesday, Oct. 29, and much is going on.
Other than the official launch event at massive gaming centre The Colosseum LAN Shop (#05-06 Bugis+, 201 Victoria St., 6509-9888, www.colosseum.com.sg) , during which there’ll be 0.5 — 1.5-hour competitive sessions happening at noon and 4pm, fans can also expect to see Singapore city making a bit of an appearance.
The trailer (watch below) features a signboard pointing to Changi Airport, marking Singapore as one of locales involved in the game plot.
In Battlefield 4, you play character Sergeant Daniel Becker, a member of the elite Tombstone Squad, who escapes Shanghai to rendezvous with the US Navy in Singapore after extracting one of China’s leaders.
