A repulsive act involving a cat and presumably a boy or teen caught on surveillance footage has been circulating online today.

The clip posted by cat owner @Ismulazim on Instagram showed a boy trying to hump a grey cat repeatedly outside a ground-floor house in Bukit Panjang. Timestamps stated the incident happened on Saturday at around 1:51am.

Ismul said he made a police report but nothing has been done since and decided to post the clip to seek justice for his feline.

“What do you feel when some sick bastards does this to your cat? […] I’m putting it out here and in hopes that this goes viral, so relevant parties can take actions against this guy,” he wrote.

The cat was loitering around before being grabbed by the boy several times after it tried to escape. The boy then fiddled with his pants and seemingly dry-humped the cat from behind.

Ismul told Mothership that the cat was traumatized after the incident.

The Animal & Veterinary Service has not immediately responded to Coconuts’ queries requesting comment.
