A Singapore Airlines (SIA) flight got delayed at Zurich Airport yesterday, but thankfully it wasn’t due to an explosive Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
Instead, the plane sustained damage in the underbelly of its fuselage when a water servicing vehicle lodged itself down there. No passengers or staff were on board the aircraft when the accident happened; no injuries were reported either.

SQ345 was scheduled to depart for Singapore at 11.45am, but the damage delayed the flight. Some passengers were transferred to other flights while other were provided hotel accommodation at Crowne Plaza Zurich while repairs went on.
The flight then departed for Singapore at 4pm, Zurich time.
