If you ever come across this self-entitled aggro man, consider it your public duty to speak foul of him. This bully probably the ruined the days of several staff and customers of a Cold Storage outlet at Sime Darby Centre on Saturday morning, as recounted by Facebook user Rita SP Gan.
The classic tale of yet Another Singaporean Asshole begins with the man in subject making a rude demand to an elderly Cold Storage staff to throw a sweet wrapper for him. After being redirected to another staff (she was after all busy attending to a customer), he simply lost his shit — yelling and flipping the bird at the elderly woman.
After Rita told him to chill out, she then became the target of his middle-finger-pointing aggression as well as verbal abuse. “I warned him I will call the police on such verbal abuse. He challenged me ‘Fuck You! Go ahead! Nobody heard! Who see it?!’.”
To which she simply pointed at the CCTV. What a dumbass.
The police were called, and the outlet manager later arrived to calm him down, but he wasn’t having none of that shit. His female companion (assumed to be his wife) then confronted the store manager that she can’t possibly wait for the police to arrive because she has perishable food. According to Rita, the “perishable food” were just tissues, toilet rolls and canned food.
They left the store, with the man laughing and yelling “get the police to call me lah!”
“Surely you won’t condone such abuse hauled at your mother, grandmother, sisters or daughters serving over a counter, or shopping anywhere, irregardless of how much he spent, what car he drives and where he lives,” says Rita of the incident.
The police have already instructed the store manager to call them again should the man-child return to the outlet.
