In the Lomography Gallery Store‘s latest series of events the Blue Hour Sessions, local music acts like Bani Haykal, Monster Cat, Muon, Pleasantry and Tiramisu, will team up with graphic wonders such as DO NOT DESIGN, Ffurious and FromPamm to produce audiovisual performances unlike anything you’ve ever seen from them before.
You will get to hear a stripped down version of your favourite local music, taken to a new level with acoustic percussive instruments, as well as get your hands on one-off, limited-run EPs intertwined with artwork created using lomography cameras and films.
And that’s not all — at each Lomography Blue Hour Session, you’ll also get to see old ‘zines that cover local band activity, EP sleeves and other collateral, resurrected in what promises to be a nostalgic visual archive.
Lomography Blue Hour Sessions happen Nov. 23 — May 3, 7pm at the Lomography Gallery Store, #01-01, 295 South Bridge Rd., 6223-8850. Free. See the roster on their website.
