Four cases of theft involving a seductive Chinese female and men aged between 30 and 60, were reported to the police between Nov. 19, 2013 and Jan. 21, 2014.
The thefts took place around the areas of Holland Avenue, Beach Road, Bedok Drive and Bukit Batok East and in all cases, the suspect is believed to have lured lone elderly man to the staircase landing of void decks.
She is believed to have gotten intimate with her victims, touching their private areas and hugging them before proceeding to steal from their pockets.
As of Jan. 21, a total of $1,970 has been reported to be stolen.
The police has advised the public to beware of strangers attempting to start a conversation and not let anyone fiddle with belongings, keep all valuables in the front pocket and avoid carrying large amounts of cash.
