It’s yet another walk in the park (or rather… a swim in the pool) for Singapore’s Olympic Champion Joseph Schooling. He blitzed through a total of three records at the Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championship – an athletic conference between 10 schools – in Austin, Texas, the last three days.

The University of Texas student previously shattered the championship’s 50-yard freestyle record – which had enjoyed an eight year-long tenure –  on Friday, and broke his own 100-yard butterfly record that was set the previous year.

He wrapped up his success by breezing through his third and final record of the championships alongside his Texas Longhorns teammates at the 400-yard freestyle relay, clocking his individual split of 42.24 seconds and setting a new meet record of 2 minutes and 48.66 seconds.  The previous record was a total of 2 minutes and 49.17 seconds set in 2009. Damn, dude.

Setting his sights on next month’s NCAA Championship, Schooling has been very appreciative of the help he’s gotten from both his head coach Eddie Reese, as well as Singapore advisors Sonya Porter (high performance director of Singapore Swimming Association), Ryan Hodierne and Richard Swinboune (from the Singapore Sports Institute), according to TODAY. Apparently, they visited him in Austin and spent a couple of days planning a comprehensive plan for the year together with Reese.

We’re kind of beating a very dead horse by saying this, ’cause every Singaporean has been sharing the same sentiment ever since Rio, but still, we’re damn proud of you, Schooling.
