As the emergency responders of the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) would be familiar with, duty calls no matter if it’s a public holiday or not.
It’ll feel especially blue for the personnel who’ll be on duty tonight when they miss out on the reunion dinners and family gatherings on the eve of Chinese New Year. Saving lives is no easy job, and as an homage to the people who’ll be missing out on the holidays, SCDF put out a tribute for the officers celebrating reunion dinners away from home.
