Can’t afford to take off from work for too long during the year-end festive season?
Break for an early quickie instead — Urbanscapes 2013 is happening Nov. 23 — 24 (2pm — midnight) at the Malaysia Ago Exposition Park Park Serdang (MAEPS) and it’s going to be amazing.
You’ll get to watch coveted acts like Efterklang, Franz Ferdinand, Tegan & Sara and Two Door Cinema Club perform live onstage during the two-day festival, which also features Singapore bands Obedient Wives Club, Plainsunset and In Each Hand a Cutlass, as well as KL band Kyoto Protocol, which recently released their debut five-track album.

But Urbanscapes isn’t just about music — oh no, sirree — there’ll be standup comedy gigs, as well as an art showcase, including Postphone, an anonymous message posting installation inspired by PostSecret.
