Price for LionsXII season tickets reduced to encourage fans

The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) announced today that season tickets for LionsXII home games will be sold at lower prices for the upcoming Malaysian Super League (MSL).

According to Channel NewsAsia, all seating categories are now $8 cheaper, reduced by more than eight percent.

Said FAS president Zainudin Nordin, the price lowering was so that fans would continue to cheer the team onsite.

“At the end of the day we believe this is a team for the fans. We want the support from as many people as possible,” he said.

FAS is planning for several of the home matches to be played at the soon-to-be-ready Singapore Sports Hub.
