Another day, another lingerie thief nabbed. A resident of Jurong West managed to apprehend a man who allegedly stole underwear from his neighbour’s flats last Saturday afternoon.
The perv lead the man and the police on a merry goose chase for some time before getting nailed at a staircase landing.
Jurong West resident Jamin Gan Wei’en had posted on Facebook regarding him apprehending the 28-year-old suspect, who had been holding onto three pieces of ladies’ undergarments with his pants unzipped.
The man did not struggle when he was caught; he apologised profusely instead. Lianhe Wanbao reports that the suspect was a piano teacher.
He should really stick to his day job — being a lingerie thief just isn’t his forte.
