Every year, folks gathered at the Marina Bay waterfront and Sentosa Boardwalk get the best view of the countdown to the new year.
Not in 2014.
On Dec. 31, shoppers at the Marina Bay Sands, were entertained not by fireworks, but by a Caucasian boy who’d stripped naked and started dancing by the fountain. Eyewitnesses say he later ‘dived’ into the water and started swimming.
Two police officers eventually rounded him up to dry land.
