A parking mishap may have landed a lady with thousands of dollars in damages not just for her car, but multiple other vehicles that were severely dented during the incident.
In a now-deleted viral Facebook post, a netizen took pictures of the aftermath at an open-air carpark following a driver’s failed attempt to park. It’s unclear what exactly caused the accident on Saturday afternoon, which saw a grey Citroën hatchback ending up on top of a grass patch near an HDB block’s void deck.
It seems like the Citroën hit two other cars on either side of the parking lot in the process. A white Honda Vezel was pictured with scratches on the left side of its bumper, while the other car sported severe dents to its right passenger door.
The original post alleged that the woman who caused the accident very nearly knocked down a boy during her failed attempt to park. It was also claimed that the woman even demanded that a passerby help to drive her car out from the pavement. A Traffic Police officer soon came by the scene to assist in the situation.
