Ever fancied a staycation beside the lush view of IKEA Alexandra? Now you can with Park Hotel Group’s newest hotel, located right beside the furniture megastore at Queensway.
Weirdly enough, the 442-room Park Hotel Alexandra is a luxury hotel in the heartlands, with its offbeat location chosen for its accessibility to Sentosa and an 10-minute drive to the city. Much like Genting Hotel Jurong, the hotel also serves as a nice little oasis for those working at nearby major business hubs.
A 25-metre-long infinity pool sits on the 7th floor, complete with an alfresco pool bar. The Carvery — Park Hotel Alexandra’s specialty restaurant — serves sizzling premium roasts and traditional wood-fired pizzas.
Longtime residents of the Queensway district will also get to enjoy Alexandra Central, a three-storey shopping mall offering retail and lifestyle goods and services. A wider variety of atas dining options will also be available at the mall — though we’d rather have some good old Queensway Famous Curry Chicken at Queensway Shopping Centre.
