This is the 25th year of Nanyang Technological University’s inauguration as a university, and the school has announced that it’s establishing three new alumni houses with free lifetime membership for its graduates.
The first is a 10,000 sq ft one — complete with rest areas, a restaurant and a bar — to be launched at Marina Square mall in November; the second will open at NTU’s main campus’ North Spine Plaza by the end of this year; and the third will be situated at one-north by next year.
These alumni houses are open to all alumni, faculty and staff members, and no membership fee is needed — just identification by NTU alumni or employee cards.
NTU alumni also get a complimentary card that offers perks from more than 60 participating vendors, as well as other benefits like using the university’s sports facilities for a tiny sum or applying for graduate programmes at discounted rates.
