New tallest building in Singapore ready by 2016

The Tanjong Pagar Centre will be the tallest building in Singapore when it’s complete in mid-2016.

The structure will tower over the Central Business District at 290 metres, and is part of a mixed-use project by award-winning developer GuocoLand Group.

The entire complex will comprise of 890,000 sq. ft Grade A office space called Guoco Tower, 150,000 sq. ft. worth of public spaces for recreational and community activities, as well as a six-storey, 100,000 sq. ft. Food and Lifestyle Mall.

Within Tanjong Pagar Centre there’ll even be a five-star hotel and a luxury apartment block called Clermont Residence made up of 181 units.
