It’s a bit of a win-lose situation here for the motorcyclist in this accident. Bad news: You just hit a government vehicle that’s on its way to respond to an emergency — plus the fact that you and your pillion got knocked down. Good news: You just hit an ambulance in front of a fire station, so you can receive all the medical assistance you need right there.

From what we know at fire stations, there’ll usually be an officer sitting at the control room, where one can switch the traffic lights outside the station at will to ensure emergency vehicles can exit smoothly. To be fair, the motorcyclist wasn’t in the wrong when he moved off from the junction (the lights did turn green after all), but it was just unfortunate that he wasn’t able to see the exiting ambulance in time to brake safely. At least medical aid was pretty immediate.
