A man lost his father in December last year, leaving behind boxes of items and supplements meant for diabetes-afflicted patients. But instead of selling the unused items to make some money back, the son decided that it would be best to give them away to the people who really need them.

A property agent who goes by the name of Syafiq Focus (yes, his certificate says that) posted on Facebook yesterday morning to seek out folks who might need products such as Nutren Diabetes Liquid, adult diapers and a mobile commode left unused by his deceased father. Syafiq assured that the perishable items still have a year till its expiry dates, and are unopened. And they’re all up for grabs for free.

“We will not charge a single cent, (we only) hope for your prayers for our beloved late father,” wrote the man, whose father died on Dec 19, 2018, surrounded by his family.

Amidst all the condolences and well wishes in the comments section, Syafiq thanked everyone for the overwhelming response and mentioned that all the items have been donated.

“Being the kind man that my late father (was), I am sure he is happy to be able to contribute his last belongings to those who need most,” he wrote.
