Service to others is alive and well in Singapore!
Two good samaritans, Nur Farizzat Zainal Abidin and Joseph Lee, took turns carrying a man with walking difficulties up ten stories to his Choa Chu Kang apartment last week. The power had gone out in the building, but that didn’t stop these local heroes fro shepherding the disabled man home.
Both Abidin (who was fasting for Ramadan) and Lee are Chua Chu Kang Town Council officers, according to Zaqy Mohamed’s Facebook page.
